Dyess AFB Sewer System Improvements

eHT designed sewer system improvements to accommodate the installation of approximately 50,000 linear feet of sewer pipe varying in size from 6-inch to 21-inch. Construction techniques included pipe bursting, direct bury and cured-in-place replacement of existing lines. The work also included rehabilitating approximately 175 existing manholes and constructing approximately 20 new manholes. Phase I included 23,000 linear feet of pipe bursting, 8,300 linear feet of open trenching, 81 rehabilitated manholes and 13 new manholes. Phase II included 15,500 linear feet of pipe bursting, 4,000 linear feet of open trenching, 77 rehabilitated manholes and 16 new manholes. The final phase was completed in 2007.
