Eastland Elevated Storage Tank and Existing Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation

In 2010, as part of a TWDB DWSRF water system improvement project, the City of Eastland constructed an elevated water storage tank to replace two existing standpipes that were each over 80 years old. The project included the installation of a composite 0.25 MG elevated storage tank with foundation; removal of an existing 0.69 MG standpipe; removal of an existing 0.34 MG standpipe and foundation; rehabilitation of an existing 1.0 MG ground storage tank, including interior sandblasting and coating and repairs; and site grading, pipes, fittings, valves, controls, lighting, electrical, appurtenances and all related work.
