eHT prepared a planning report for improvements to restore the function of the City of Beeville’s aging wastewater treatment plant facilities. Much of the mechanical equipment was at or near the end of its lifespan and needed to be rehabilitated or replaced. The Moore Street WWTP was also operating relatively close to its capacity, which typically increases the potential for permit limit violations. The planning report documented the condition of the City’s existing facilities and provided an inventory of necessary improvements so the City could plan and budget accordingly.
