The ideal candidate is a graduate engineer who has taken or intends to take the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE). The position will work alongside water, wastewater and civil design professionals on a variety of public and private infrastructure projects.

eHT is currently seeking a Construction Inspector with a minimum of five years of experience, preferably within the water and wastewater sector with specific concentration in distribution and transmission line installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction projects during the construction phase, ensuring quality and compliance with design drawings and specifications. This role requires excellent communication and documentation skills. 

eHT is seeking a licensed Operations Specialist with at least five years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in activated sludge process control, conventional water treatment operations, and membrane treatment technologies. This role requires a motivated operator who takes pride in running efficient, well-maintained systems and producing high-quality treated water in a cost-effective manner. Strong problem-solving skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and a passion for operational excellence are essential. Leadership experience, the ability to develop best practices, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are strongly preferred.

eHT is seeking a Civil Drafting Technician. Essential skills and experience include:

• CAD certificate or Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design (preferred).
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of technical plans, drawings, and 3D models.
• Utilize software to create and modify site plans, grading and drainage layouts, utility layouts, and various other construction drawings.
• Work with civil surveyors and engineers to conduct site analysis, and integrate topographical surveys and geotechnical data, to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
