eHT provided project management, design, bid phase services, and construction administration for a new transfer pump station, pump station building and site piping at the City of Midland Water Treatment Plant. The project included three vertical turbine pumps and space for two future pumps, concrete vaults for manual 42-inch butterfly valve and instrumentation.
