eHT provided project management, design, bid phase services and construction administration for paving improvements along Pennsylvania Avenue and East 12^th Street in the City of Big Lake. The existing paving conditions were deteriorated due to age and heavy traffic. The project consisted of 29,000 cubic yards of existing asphalt and base removal and replacement.
