eHT provided project management, bidding support and construction administration for street and drainage improvements for the City. The project received funding through the Texas Department of Agriculture Community Development Block Grant Program. The project included approximately 1,300 linear feet of 4^th Street, Webster Street, and Clay Street, including removal of existing pavement and installation of new asphalt pavement with curb and gutter. Additionally, approximately 620 linear feet of storm drain was installed ranging from 2’ x 4’ concrete box culvert to 18-inch RCP, storm drain inlets, headwalls and construction of a detention pond.
