This project included demolition of the old pool and bathhouse and construction of a new 8,078 square foot recreational pool with 1-meter diving facilities, an integral stainless steel gutter and recirculation system, a surge tank, pumping and filtration systems, lifeguard stands, a large water slide, reinforced concrete decking, a splash pad with interactive water play features, a new 2,180 square foot bathhouse, landscaping and fencing. The facilities were designed in accordance with TDSHS criteria for public swimming pools and TDLR requirements for handicapped accessibility.

Additionally, eHT provided project management and design for the addition of a wading pool, zero-depth beach entry to the main pool and ADA-compliant lifts.
