The City of Stamford retained eHT to provide application assistance, project management, design and construction management for a water system improvements project utilizing funding through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. As a part of the overall project, eHT designed a new 250,000-gallon elevated water storage tank (EST) and the City’s existing EST had reached the end of its useful life.
