eHT provided an assessment of the existing treatment facility, including an in-depth analysis of historical operating performance. Various treatment technologies were evaluated, including Total Organic Carbon reduction using strong oxidants, enhanced coagulation, and membrane filtration.  For the membrane filtration process, eHT evaluated using ceramic membranes. Final recommendations were based on a thorough evaluation of the treatment processes, including capital and operating expenses to develop comparative life cycle cost analyses.
