eHT provided project Quality Assurance and Quality Control in support of the Owner’s staff, as well as value engineering, partnering facilitation and construction management services for this $45 million project located in North-Central Arkansas. The project included approximately 40 miles of 30-inch and 24-inch transmission pipeline along with associated booster pump stations and the expansion of a conventional surface water treatment plant to 6.0 MGD. eHT also designed a 4.0 MGD ultrafiltration membrane plant that increased the treatment capacity to 10.0 MGD.
