eHT and HDR provided civil engineering support services as well as surveying, geotechnical engineering, and construction inspection for the grant application and design of improvements to Lake Leon Dam morning glory inlet structure, slope, and spillway, including the rehabilitation of the spillway inlet structure and 11-foot diameter concrete spillway conduit through the dam. Sheet piling was installed along the face of Lake Leon dam to mitigate slope failure. The project also included a new floating raw pump station and raw water transmission pipeline. The project utilized funding from the General Land Office (GLO).
