Irion County’s Barnhart Landfill reached capacity in 2014.  eHT prepared the required landfill closure documentation, conducted final cover soils analyses, and assisted with monitoring of contractor-provided closure plan implementation.  In 2016, eHT certified and submitted the final closure report and TCEQ approved the site closure.

eHT also wrote the facility’s Site Operating Plan revision which was approved through a permit modification. The update was required by the 2006 MSW rule revision.
