eHT provided engineering design and project management services that included 11,785 linear feet (2.23 miles) of curb and guttered Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) street design for both local residential and collector level streets. eHT also completed designs for site grading, stormwater mitigation including the design of detention pond facilities and other stormwater management structures, and water and sewer main extensions for this 82-acre commercial and residential development.
