eHT completed civil site plans for paving and drainage improvements associated with the expansion of the Granbury Opera House. The drainage plan included design of storm sewer, curb inlets and area drains to relieve existing drainage problems and account for the expansion of the existing facility. The parking lot design consisted of approximately 4,030 square yards of asphalt paving. The paving design included re-grading the existing area to accommodate the additional parking and tying back into existing concrete driveways. Additionally, eHT provided a boundary survey and topographic survey.
