eHT prepared a site drainage plan and a site design and development feasibility report for the Prairie Garden Multi-Family Development at 2121 North 6th in Abilene, Texas. Additionally, eHT provided environmental consulting services including a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, as well as boundary and topographic surveying along with the final plat. eHT performed a geotechnical investigation recommending design considerations and prepared construction plans and specifications for site grading, paving, water and sewer. eHT surveyed and prepared an Elevation Certificate indicating all buildings and internal drives were above 100-year flood elevations.
