eHT provided civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering, surveying and construction staking for the site development of the Residence at Autumn Sage, a new senior living apartment community in Abilene, Texas. The project included preparation of construction plans and specifications for the extension of municipal water and sewer main lines, as well as the widening of Autumn Sage Lane. eHT further provided detailed site grading, drainage and paving plans, construction details and an on-site utility plan, as well as stormwater pollution prevention plans for the new apartment building site. In addition to development of the project construction documents, eHT coordinated with FEMA and the City of Abilene to have a portion of the property removed from the 100-year flood plain through the CLOMR-F / LOMR-F process.
