eHT provided application assistance, project management, surveying, design, and construction administration for wastewater system improvements, including construction of an improved evaporative lagoon, erosion control stabilization of the existing evaporative lagoon, and improvements to an existing pump station for the City wastewater treatment plant, including a stormwater pollution prevention plan. The project utilized the Texas Department of Agriculture Community Development Block Grant Program funding.
