eHT provided engineering design and project management services for the development of the 50-acre, 32-lot Vaquero Ranch Subdivision located in Abilene, Texas. The design included subdivision planning and platting as well as the design of private 2-lane residential type streets comprised of approximately 13,220 square yards of hot mix asphalt surface pavement and approximately 3,800 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter. In addition to the streets, eHT designed approximately 3,900 linear feet of domestic potable water lines and approximately 3,800 linear feet of sanitary sewer piping.
