eHT provided project management, funding application assistance, design and construction administration for the installation of 8-inch PVC water line, new fire hydrants, main line reconnects, pavement replacement, and new water service connections. The project received funding through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
